Chapter 12 – Vengence & the Strength Within
Vengeance comes with a sour note. We may think in the moment it is the best of the solutions and it is what we truly want but never does it bring any good. Life is complicated since the moment you do something, something else will happen. You may bring satisfaction to your mind, but you will cause elsewhere the same feeling you felt inside and where would the goal be in that? Pass on the pain to someone else? There is no justice; justice is when you are able to let go, against all emotions inside. To be free of all wills and of all needs is ideally where one should seek its place as we can all find reasons to be against the world, contrary to the goodness we wish deep inside. I remember a time, where emotion and cause overtook my body and great strength empowered my mind, a kind of strength even I fear since a mind is not made to be impulsive but rather justified. It’s rather easy to step into a path of rage, and the feeling of bringing one to justice is overwhelming. You may believe I’m convincing you to let it all by, but justice is deserving but it is up to the world to take care of its problems as one man should not seek justice, for it may be impaired by its own experience. Should one see the world in bitter pain for injustice lived upon? Should we go on, as if nothing happened? Questions after question to dwell our minds and in the end, we aren’t even sure of the purpose of it in the first place. Some events are fortunate and others unfortunate, but who deserves what and why? Everything that happens is like a test to the mind and the strength you have within. Some may find offense in this saying, but it is a reality we must face individually on a regular basis. You may come to an event of your life and either way you decide, you will make that event bigger; the only question left is whether you will make it worst or better. No matter what we choose, we must not forget to what extend our actions may impact others and in what way. Nobody deserves pain, but for goodness to exist, there must be evil to make it stand out. It’s a necessary evil for life needs a balance of both world so therefore we can make choices and find our path towards goodness. Confusion of the morality of actions is an ongoing debate in nature as we all come in this life unprepared mentally for the emotions we may face ahead of us. Can you overcome the fear of letting go, only time tells but the courage has to come within, when at peace and not on the edge of hate. Life is just as justice isn’t subjective but relative to one’s life. We must not forget that we are only a part of the puzzle and not the puzzle itself. Dream on, live on and live to make the world a better place.
